Buyers will start to have more opportunities this September.

Many of my clients are currently experiencing buyer fatigue from rejected offers and interest rate shock. Today I’ll share some advice about the buyer side of the market.

The median age in our marketplace is about 26. If we assume that the average buyer has a couple of kids in school, it's extremely important for them to be in their new home by the time school starts. If your offer hasn’t been accepted by the middle of summer, hang in there because you will have less competition in September.

The buyers who were looking to be in their home by the end of summer won't look aggressively in September, so you’ll have less competition. Homes come on the market all the time, so you don't have to worry.
